Returns & Refunds

At Puleath, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece is handcrafted with meticulous care and inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our highest quality standards.

We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To help us verify and resolve your claim quickly, we kindly ask for a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and clearly displaying the defect or damage. Without this footage, we won’t be able to process your claim.

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Shopify’s secure system.

📌 Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
  • For approved returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In the case of an exchange, customers cover the shipping fees for the replacement item.

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

❌ Change of mind or personal preference.
❌ Preferences regarding color, texture, or style.
❌ Natural characteristics of genuine leather, such as wrinkles, minor scratches, or slight variations in color tone.

Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Every Puleath piece comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Natural aging effects such as patina development, minor scratches, or leather stretching

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace your product at no additional cost. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect and verify any warranty claim to ensure fair handling.
